what we had for dinner

Wrapping up week 1 of the Meal Wheel:

greens gratin (onion, mixed greens, cheese, egg and milk)

arugula salad with radish and parmesan, orange dijon vinaigrette

roasted winter squashes

  2. I didn't like the way they turned out; too blurry! But know that the greens gratin was delicious!
